Burn Boot Camp

I love working out at Burn! The trainers are amazing and motivating- especially Cristina and Laura! Absolutely love them! If you’re looking for a gym that pushes you to new limits in addition to helping you reach your fitness goals then I highly suggest Burn! I’ve lost 25 lbs and actually love going to the gym (except for burpee days 😆) Burn is more like my family. They support you both inside and outside of the gym!

I joined Burn Boot Camp at Buford in August of 2022 after hitting a peak in another gym and not being able to push myself past that peak on my own. A few months in and nearly 100 classes, I’m reaching new physical levels. The trainers and the community are so great, the workouts being posted weekly is a great touch as well. I do some exercise outside of the gym, so it is nice to know what I’ll be focusing on that day. Thank you Burn!

Burn Boot Camp Buford and lured me in keeps me looking forward to workouts each day! The staff is so welcoming and the members are friendly and excited about the workouts. I have been going to camps for over a year and every workout is different. Not only does this keep it interesting, but it keeps your body "guessing" as to what is coming next. The trainers are motivating and also are able to give you one on one attention while in a group setting. I love ❤ this place!

I LOVE Burn Buford!!! I have been there since April 2019 when they were doing Pop Up Camps in the parking lot. I love how we never do the same workouts twice and how as I’ve got stronger the trainers can always challenge me to the next level! I’ve had 3 kids and am in the BEST shape of my life!

Love love love Burn Boot Camp Buford and all of their people!! I look forward to working out everyday with my Burn friends! Workouts are fun and go by so fast! They have been so good about modifying things when I have had to deal with injuries or limitations!
